Information we collect

• Enquiries. When you email an enquiry or use a contact form, we receive the details you provide (such as your name, company, contact details and the nature of your enquiry) so that we can respond and connect you with relevant British suppliers.
• Company listings. If your company is listed, we hold the business contact and product information supplied for that listing.
• Technical data. Our server keeps standard access logs (including IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the service running.
• Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics collects anonymised information about how visitors use the site (see Cookies, below).

Cookies

• Essential cookies. Small cookies needed for the site to function (for example, remembering your cookie choice, or a search session). These do not require consent.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence and listing data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, and server logs for a limited period for security.
